Inverclyde FORT

Inverclyde FORT allows your service to make and track electronic referrals to other agencies - read more!

The Inverclyde Open Door Network in conjunction with Inverclyde Children and Young People Community Mental Health Services are launching a new tool to allow agencies to refer to each other online.

The partnership is inviting services and agencies who support clients in any sector to sign up the Inverclyde FORT (Fast Online Referral Tracking). Inverclyde FORT helps you to help your clients with a simple process. It helps you to help clients get in touch with the right support at the right time, as quickly and as easily as possible.

Inverclyde FORT allows your service to make and track electronic referrals to other agencies. It heightens awareness of the importance and effectiveness of joint-working and information-sharing.  Inverclyde FORT allows agencies and staff to work within their own competency or areas of expertise, and assists services to be able to find out about other services and make greater use of their expertise.

Services and agencies signing up to the system sign an information sharing protocol.  This has been signed by Inverclyde Council the lead partner in the venture and is a secure and safe method.

To sign up contact Advice Infrastructure: joe@adviceinfrastructure.com. Advice Infrastructure are the delivery partners for the Inverclyde Open Door partnership and will take you through the sign up process and arrange training.
