Another great, local service, Mind Mosaic have a page of wellbeing videos to help with calming and mindfulness. Why not give the Body Scan Meditation a try? Many people automatically become suspicious or even dismissive when meditation is mentioned, but it is a great practice to include in your daily routine which can help you feel stronger, calmer and more able to cope with daily stress.

Christmas can be especially isolating for people who are full-time carers. Inverclyde Carers Centre have online resources to support carers including information, emotional support and more.
