Mind Mosaic Counselling and Therapy

Another great, local service, Mind Mosaic have a page of wellbeing videos to help with calming and mindfulness. Why not give the Body Scan Meditation a try? Many people automatically become suspicious or even dismissive when meditation is mentioned, but it is a great practice to include in your daily routine which can help you feel stronger, calmer and more able to cope with daily stress.
