About the Service

Cloch is a registered social landlord operating in Inverclyde. Based in the centre of Greenock, it has properties in East and Central Greenock, Port Glasgow, Larkfield and Inverkip. Cloch also factors properties for owners. Its main focus is customer service, so as well as being able to visit us during office hours, we have a tenant portal, use social media and offer video calls as a way of communicating with us. We work with a lot of partner organisations in Inverclyde, including energy advice through our Energy Activators, welfare advice from Financial Fitness, Starter Packs, a tenancy support officer from the Simon Community (Scotland) and the other 3 Registered Social Landlords.
