About the Service

Our FREE face-to-face course runs over two weeks within the grounds of Inverclyde Royal Hospital, with two 3.5 hours sessions for people who have finished their active, hospital based breast cancer treatment.

Run by one of our expert facilitators, groups are kept small with no more than 12-15 people attending. In a safe, supportive and confidential space, you’ll connect with people who understand, and you’ll find the tools you need to feel more empowered, confident and in control. The course is supported by a Moving Forward journal and online content, giving you the opportunity to find the information and resources that are right for you.
