About the Service

St Andrew’s First Aid are offering communities, groups, and schools in Inverclyde access to their fully funded Resilience First Aid Course and support to create a Resilience First Aid Strategy for responding to hazards, disasters, emergencies, and accidents.

The aim of the Resilience First Aid course is to foster resilient communities, increasing residents’ preparedness and responses, by providing first aid training to those most at risk of injury due to extremes of temperature.

Each course is 3hrs long, certificated, and can accommodate a max of 15 people, aged 12+, in each course. All we ask is that you provide a venue and our Community Engagement Trainer will come to you. The Resilience First Aid course is running from October to end of February.

If your school, group, or community is interested in signing up for this course, you can contact St Andrew’s First Aid: community@firstaid.org.uk, at which point we will provide more information. Or if you wish to go ahead and book a course with our Community Engagement Trainer then you can do so here: https://calendly.com/martyn-mclauchlan/resilience-first-aid-course

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email: community@firstaid.org.uk. Thank you.
