About the Service

Are you looking for an office based role but lack the necessary skills or simply need to update them? The course will allow you to improve your I.T. and customer service skills and give you the opportunity to enhance your use of Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and databases. Get familiar with office equipment e.g. photocopier, fax, laminator and printers whilst gaining confidence working in a team. There is an opportunity to gain an eDCC qualifications from Beginners Level up to Advanced Level from Prince's Trust. Travel and Lunch are provided for anyone on the course.
