About the Service

Street Connects a faith based service that offers free specialist support people affected by addiction and related issues of poor mental health and homelessness. Services range from personal support, family support, recovery activities, and rehab referrals. Many in our teams come from a lived experience background and bring a blend of knowledge, skills and compassion to people so affected and can offer long term support towards volunteering and employment.
