About the Service

Team Talk is a men's Mental Health Group which started in May 2019. The group meets every Monday at 6pm-8pm, at Cappielow Park Greenock, (Greenock Morton's Football Stadium).

Join in on a Monday, or call to speak to Jonny Roy on 07950 482 006.

Team Talk provides a space for males to feel included and have the opportunity to talk. Participants who have experienced poor mental health have benefited from attending these sessions.

There is no registration, simply just turn up. Those in attendance don’t have to talk, they can just enjoy the company and refreshments. There is also an extra quiet room in case anyone needs some time out.
