Greenock Health Walk from The Esplanade

About the Service

Wednesday Health Walk 7.00 - 8.00pm (from RWSABC, the Esplanade, Greenock)

This walk takes place every Wednesday evening. Walkers meet outside the Boat Club from 6.50pm and the walk starts 7.00pm.  A gentle walk of 1 hour (can be shorter for those who require a shorter walk/gentler pace). 

Led by our trained volunteer Walk Leaders, health Walks are inclusive, relaxed walks. Open to all and designed to help you get active.

Walkers are welcome to join the volunteers after the walk for a free cuppa in the boat club.
