About the Service

Thursday Health Walk 1-2pm (from Port Glasgow Health Centre, outside the West Entrance)

This walk takes place every Thursday afternoon. Walkers meet outside the Health Centre from 12.50pm. Walk begins at 1pm and ends at 2pm. A gentle walk of 1 hour (can be shorter for those who require a shorter walk/gentler pace).  Led by our trained volunteer Walk Leaders.

After the walk at 2pm, everyone is welcome to join us at 7 ½ John Wood Street for a free cuppa and a chat.

Led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders, health walks are inclusive, relaxed walks - open to all and designed to help you stay active.

Please contact Jenni Murray (jenni.murray@cyclinguk.org) or 07342 082 882 for further information and to register before attending your first walk.  Thereafter, you can attend weekly or whenever suits.

Please see https://www.facebook.com/InverclydeBothy for the latest news and for information about our other Health Walk locations and times.
