About the Service

The service supports adults with mental health and substance misuse issues in their own tenancies and on an outreach capacity with maintaining tenancy, finances, benefits and budgeting, homecare skills, socialisation within the community and promoting independence. The service uses a holistic, person centred approach, underpinned by our values which includes respect to the individual, flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the individual, providing clear and accessible information and building links with families where possible.
