Eligibility Criteria

Our free service is open to all individuals over the age of 16, living in the Inverclyde area. We currently accept referrals from all GPs within the Inverclyde area. If you would like to access our service for support, ask your GP to make a referral to us on your behalf. Each referral will be assessed by our Senior worker to ensure that the referral is suitable for our service. In some cases, for example if the individual is currently on a Supervision Order, we may not be able to accept a referral. If suitable, we will contact you as soon as we receive a referral form for you to let you know that the referral has been made. We currently have a 20 week waiting list - however you will receive telephone support from your Emotional Support Worker over this time to enable you to get to know each other and start building a relationship. We will then offer you an appointment as soon as we can.
